Z engaged Mahesh (Mash) to lead the People Stream as part of the proposed acquisition of Chevron NZ.
He came with an understanding of our business and culture having previously worked at Z which was part of the value proposition of re-engaging his services. This significant transaction has required two very different organisations to work together effectively in an uncertain and complex environment.
What we appreciated most about working with Mash was his ability to quickly grasp and deliver to the requirements for this project. He has a deep understanding of the HR environment (whilst not losing sight of the underlying commercial dynamics), the confidence to stand behind his recommendations and most importantly build the confidence and earn the respect of both internal and external stakeholders
