Dhiraj is a senior human resource practitioner with over 20 years of industry experience across three countries providing support to employees and valuable advice to Management and the Board.
As a senior member, he has gained extensive experience in collaborating directly with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to maintain a productive and fair workplace.

His practical skills in representing Employers in mediation for employment disputes while possessing important skills as a trainer, careers coach and psychometric assessor.
​
He backs his advice and solutions with his undergraduate and master's qualifications in employment relations and business management.
Dhiraj has a deep-seated commitment to ensure that Employers are set up for success in their business and there is a fair workplace and organic relationship at the heart of operations.

His personal motto is, “Let's get it right the first time”.
Alex has worked across several industries over the last decade in various Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental roles, developing a culture-focused, coaching method for managing health and safety in the workplace.
He has a keen eye for compliance details and can assess HSQE systems, identify gaps, and carry out rapid restructures to turn failing management systems into systems that exceed expectations.

Alex holds a PgDipSci in Environmental Management, a Double Major BSc in Biological and Geographical Sciences, specializing in Environmental Science and Micro-Credentials in Leading Beyond Sustainability, Digital Skills in the Workplace, and Nature-based Solutions for Disaster and Climate Resilience.

He is accustomed to the intricacies of HSQE systems, ISO standards (specifically ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001), and the art of maintaining certifications.
An Impact Investor with the Sustainable Business Network, Alex is also a member of the NZ Safety Council, and a supporter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
Zafar is an accomplished legal professional based in Auckland, New Zealand, holding a Bachelor of Law degree from Auckland University of Technology and a Professional Legal Studies Certificate from The College of Law.
Admitted to the bar in July 2022, Zafar is driven by a profound passion for contributing to the legal community and upholding ethical standards.

He excels at providing expert guidance on a broad spectrum of employment relations matters, navigating complex cases, and delivering tailored solutions to empower businesses.

Ashley is a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer with 8 years of experience in managing payroll processes efficiently. She has experience in various New Zealand industries- from couriers to demolition to recruitment.

Ashley has implemented payroll software such as Flexitime, MYOB, Employment Hero and XERO. Her client base has been between 10 to as many as 200 at a time, on a weekly bi-weekly or monthly pay run.
Her primary focus is always to ensure accuracy and compliance while maintaining confidentiality.

Ashley possesses a Postgraduate Degree, a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and is currently pursuing Chartered Accountant studies.
