The investment of placing HR Plus in the business and their subsequent review was timely. That review confirmed the gaps, identified others along with additional opportunities. While Brand Values for the organisation existed, we specifically had no material link to HR, so the need for a specific strategy was identified as essential alongside an investment to match our growth of previous years.
The subsequent work with HR Plus on our systems and approaches provided more clarity in what to target with timings, the alignment with the investment in our people, their development, expected individual behaviours and performance, which ultimately will become evident in the organisations results. Evidence of change is being seen and will continue to be realised as laid out in that strategy.
