Mahesh (more commonly known as Mash) is our popularity guy. We can’t go anywhere in Wellington, without Mash bumping into someone he knows. This is a testimony to his relationship building skills.
Recruitment strategy and architecture are his specialist area of expertise. Mash also has experience in developing long range organisational development and people management strategies, delivering operational human resource support across multiple disciplines and leading organisations through change.
Mat gets on with everyone. He’s as comfortable speaking strategy with executives around a board table as he is speaking about day-to-day challenges with colleagues at their desks.
A true HR generalist, what Mat enjoys most is developing people solutions that conquer business challenges and maximise opportunity. He has extensive experience in managing change, this includes supporting business leaders to design strategies, engaging with staff and delivering successful change programmes.

Jarryd is drawn to HR by the challenge that each new day brings. Coming from an employment law background, he has extensive experience providing strategic and technical HR services to a range of public and private sector clients. From advisory, to implementing organisational restructures, and involvement in large-scale industrial bargaining, Jarryd is an asset to any team he’s part of.
